The Golsar Rasht Branch project focused on optimizing a spatially challenging layout defined by a central staircase core.

Instead of treating the staircase block as a limitation, the surrounding leftover areas were transformed into functional design opportunities. This approach improved spatial efficiency while enhancing circulation flow and overall retail usability within the store.
